All content, methodologies, and frameworks provided by CalmRoute Method remain the exclusive property of CalmRoute Method. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for personal development only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales of digital programs and coaching packages are final. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of CalmRoute Method within 14 days of purchase in cases of documented technical issues. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime via your account dashboard.
5. Disclaimers
CalmRoute Method programs are educational tools for personal and professional growth. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income, or results. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmRoute Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
